Your ability to review and evaluate your own workers was admirable. When you found an item that was not built to your specifications, you were the first to make note of it and made sure that the situation was corrected promptly. Also, the quality of materials suggested and used were of high quality and reasonably priced. Your other suggestions on some of my decisions were very helpful and appropriate. The high quality work is evident throughout the house. The most appealing part of working with you was your honesty. I thought you were fair and candid with me at all times. It is always refreshing to work with trustworthy and dedicated people, especially in the construction industry.

Dear Harbourside,
This is the easiest letter I have ever written because all I can do is thank you so much for making our first-and probably only- experience building a house absolutely wonderful. From the first day we met you last April, to Kerri coming on a Saturday to close on the house, each step of the process was made easier because of the wonderful customer service with which your company excels. Even now, after the house has closed, everyone from Angie to Dave to Kerri has answered all our questions and followed through with every detail. Mike and I tend to be very detailed-oriented and you can't imagine what a relief it was to realize that you and everyone in your organization are the same way. Building a new house is a very emotional experience, and doing it from all the way across the country makes it even tougher. But any concerns I ever had were quickly answered by on of the many contacts you provided. Having Andy send us pictures on a regular basis was also a wonderful treat. We can always look back now and see how our beautiful house developed right before our eyes.

In the weeks since we closed on the house, Dave Morency has been indispensable. Because we could only stay a week after we moved in, I really do not know what I would do with Dave to follow through with the details that yet remain. It is so important to us to know that our relationship with Harbourside did not end when we signed those final papers. We consider you and everyone in the company partners in what has become known as the "Bellski" house.

It's had to believe, but it's been a little over three years since we decided to embark on building a house in Florida. Having built four other homes in the past, I knew that the process could be challenging as well as potentially stressful---particularly when one is from out of state. Selecting the most qualified builder is obviously the key to a favorable result. We chose Harbourside over other builders not only because of the unique models it offered, but mainly because of its excellent reputation, references from other owners and our impressions of your personnel. We have been in our new home for two years now and I want to take this opportunity to tell you that we are certainly pleased with having selected Harbourside. From start to finish the project was handled in a highly professional manner. You delivered what was promised, the quality of workmanship was excellent, and the project was completed on a timely basis. Most important, all of your personnel were very helpful, highly responsive to our concerns, and quick to follow up on any issues that needed attention.
