Jerry Colton, founding partner and C.E.O., leads the Harbourside Custom Homes team of over 60 employees and over 200 sub-contractors. Jerry has more than 36 years of expertise in construction, land development, real estate appraisal, and banking.

Jerry, his wife Sandy, and daughters Kerri and Kelly, moved the construction business from Springfield, Missouri to Southwest Florida in 1987. Over the years, Harbourside has expanded to become one of the most knowledgeable, trusted custom homebuilders in the area.

Frank Jenkins, licensed contractor and President of Harbourside Custom Homes, grew up around various aspects of the construction industry. Frank served our country as a proud Marine, graduated from college, and joined the business. Since incorporating in August of 1991, with Frank at the helm, Harbourside Custom Homes has become one of the leading custom home builders in Lee and Collier County.

Frank focuses on sales, construction supervision and management. He has served three terms as President of the Lee Building Industry Association, and he continues to be active in both local and state homebuilder committees.
